As a Technical Account Manager at Famulor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our product team. You help businesses unlock the full potential of our AI telephony solution, guide them through implementation, and ensure long-term success. You work closely with the engineering team to understand technical requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in technical customer support or account management
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SIP telephony
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality
• Experience with CRM systems and technical documentation
