How does payment work?

The setup fee is paid once at project start. After that, you only pay for actual usage – transparently via prepaid balance or automatic top-up. No hidden costs, no surprises.

What happens if my balance runs out?

Your assistant automatically pauses until you recharge. But don't worry: we send you reminders in time. With automatic top-up, this doesn't even happen – your balance is automatically refilled at a threshold.

Can I make changes myself afterwards?

Absolutely. After setup, you have full access to the no-code builder. Adjust prompts, change workflows, test new integrations – all possible without writing code. For major changes, we're of course also available.

How long until my assistant is live?

With the Standard package, expect 1-2 weeks; with Professional, 3-4 weeks. Enterprise projects are planned individually. The exact timeline is discussed at kickoff – it also depends on how quickly we get access to your systems.

Which tools can I connect?

Over 200 integrations are directly available: calendars (Google, Cal.com), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk), and much more. Something missing? Via webhooks and our API, we connect practically everything.

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
