Which providers can I connect?
Famulor supports SAML sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and Okta. We set up the connection together for your workspace.
What does SCIM sync with Microsoft Entra?
SCIM sends users from Microsoft Entra to the connected workspace. New users, profile updates, activation, deactivation and deletion maintain managed workspace access.
How do Google and Okta users get access?
For Google Workspace and Okta, Famulor combines SAML with managed user admission. We agree on the approved people for the workspace together. Automatic SCIM provisioning is available for Microsoft Entra.
How do I start setup?
Talk to the Famulor team about your provider, workspace and team size. We confirm enterprise access and help your IT team configure and test the connection.
Can I sign in with a passkey?
Yes. On app.famulor.io you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Add one or more passkeys under Settings → Preferences → Passkeys and see when each was last used. Your other sign-in methods stay available, and two-factor authentication still applies when enabled.
How do I see who changed what in a workspace?
Team accounts open Settings → Data → Audit Log for the workspace change history: who changed what and when, down to the exact field. The log is searchable, sortable and paginated. Keep brands, clients or departments apart as separate workspaces under one account, depending on your plan.
